Should I buy the "Acer XB270HU bprz" now or wait for a better deal?

Currently the Acer XB270HU bprz is running at the 2nd lowest cost it has ever been ($708), but new monitors have been coming out left and right.

 

I'm dead set on getting a monitor that at least runs at 1440p, 144hz, has G-sync, and an IPS panel. So far only 3 monitors out have these specs, but more are on the way.

 

I have the patience to wait another year if need be, but I would hate to wait that long to only end up buying an identical monitor for $100 cheaper.

 

Do you guys think that the price of this monitor will drop by at least $50 within the next 2 or so months as new models are released? Do you guys suspect that the price for these type of monitors will drop as much as $150 or more by next year? Are there any monitors coming out soon that will even surpass this while staying under a $800 price range?
