Case Badges

What's your opinion on case badges. Personally I think it depends on the case, I wouldn't put them on my Corsair 300r because the reason I got the case is because of the simple and elegant look. Case badges give off kind of the opposite effect.

 

What are some of your opinions?

I think case badges make your case look cheap and ugly...

They are on my 5.25" bay behind the front panel on my R4 i like having them there but not stupidly noticeable.

They are nice if they are put on the back of the case where you can't see them.

I'm not a fan of them :-\ makes the tower look like I bought it from a retail store.

I spent a lot of money on my case (Caselabs S3). I think putting stickers on it would ruin it. However, If you're building a budget system in a $20 case, they can help make it more exciting.

I put mine in the upper right side of my left windowed panel. Brand pride.

It depends, if it is a badge that you have to spend a ton of money to get, for an example the Intel Extreme CPU's then I would put that on the case, other then that all the case badges I have are all still in the boxes they came in

I stuck all of my case badges on the bottom of my keyboard. I have tons under there and some really old classic ones also. I think it looks pretty cool. As for actually putting them on your case, it usually doesn't end up looking to cool.

I put my stickers on the right side of the case, the side behind the motherboard. there isn't much going on there, so why not, and who looks at that side anyway, its all about your components anyway.

 

I have a HAF 922 btw.

I never use them. When you have a variety of different colored stickers on the case, it just looks like a rainbow.

I keep them in a box and don't bother to put them on my computer. I'm not sure what I'll do with them later on though.

I used to put the Intel and EVGA badges on my case for my friends to look at instead of explaining what was inside every time they came over, but now that most moved away I just have a Bullet Bill sticker on it.

depends on the casee and the badge i got a nice metal finished solid badge with my evga gtx 770 and i replaced it with the bitfen badge on  my prodigy and its almost like ist meant to be there.

it really depends on the badge. I think the Noctua ones look great. Still didn't put it on my case tho. I want my R3 to look as stock as possible (except fans).
