also they cost more, so it's not even worth it

 

OP, the build is good for the budget. You'll get some decent frames in most AAA titles on High @1080p. Maybe not Ultra.

It has 4 threads and beats the fx 6300, no reason why it can't beat the 860k

dont be discouraged by an i3 yes they are duel core but intels core's compared to amd's are very different there i5's are compared to there octo cores plus the i3 will run alot cooler and less wattage

Console is better because its cheaper ~console peasants

It's a good build for a budget but the CPU will bottleneck the GPU at times.

 

You can go for a Skylake i3 build for the same price that should perform better overall, with the same GPU core. i3 has 2C/4T so there aren't compatibility issues and games still run fine on them, plus you can go to an i5/i7 later when you need to http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/9FmvXL

I'd say get a i3 build.

 

A newer 2c/4t i3 will beat that AMD cpu hands down in gaming.
