To start this off for one Linus's Low end Graphics card rant for a budget that's tight or just for a small upgrade why the fuss?? Additionally its always said is don't compare specs... OK then what on earth should people look for when deciding i know there is the average frame rate and stuff but in general rock text WHAT is the determining factor

For games man, the minimum for a NEW gpu would be a 750 ti or a r7 360. Then just go up from there

And the determining factor is the in game performance, and frame rate really
