EA support chat is great!!!!!

so i had a chat with the support team of ea and it was great! But the thing that was not great the billing side of ea. i wanted to buy BF3 premium but i had always that terrible invoice message and 3 euro's went of. Now i will have to wait till monday to call to EA belgium to solve this problem because 1000 people having this problem to. Thank you ea for destroying my gaming night.

OP - I've also had great experience with Origin, and although they get a lot of flak for just about everything else, this is one thing they consistently do well.

i dont know why ea has this fucking issue, if you look on invoicefailed EA info on google you will get pages full of that. it is so wrong that ea has not giving to support chat tools to fix this issue.

Their support chat is great! Had a problem with my Online Pass (Region Problem) for BF3 (PS3) back when it was released and one of their support guy just gave me free pass code. :)

I still cant contact EA help... I've been trying to contact them for 3 days now... Not a sign of life on the other end.

It works, I had my BF3 transferred to another account after I entered my email address wrong. But the times you have to wait sometimes are just terrible, and sometimes after an hour of waiting, nothing happens...

EA support is in the Philippines, at least the Phone support is.

 

EA was smart enough not to make the choice of outsourcing it to India

which other companies like Dell did and wound up losing millions in contracts

because some moron in some remote village is chowing down on food while talking

and telling customers to f-off or just hanging up if the problem requires even a slight

effort to solve.

yh... took me 5 mins to find it 1s... took me 5 months to get to that point though, after they reworked there website layout
