Custom BIOs?

How does one achieve this and how do you know what BIOs to get? My Mobo does not allow for overclock ( Thanks HP ) but I have seen people get these A6-3650s to 3+ GHz. I would like to make the current bottleneck on my PC a bit less, oh and ignore the PSU in my rig, soon to be EVGA GS 850w as soon as the replacement unit comes in. Also I can easily buy some cheap air cooler off of eBay or Criagslist once the new case comes in.

its OEM motherboard! you are unfortuanate because OEM MBds doesnt let you to OC because if you buy OEM PC you will likely not know much about computers so they lock you in order to protect unexperrienced users form fucking up their PC by "make the current bottleneck on my PC a bit less" if you want to overclock buy a new MB unless it allows bios updates but i really doubt it.

I wouldn't suggest OCing on a board not designed with the correct VRM cooling / Phases.
