Multi monitor not working

I will try to do a DDU for NVIDIA drivers again. I already unsinstalled and DDUed the NVIDIA drivers before I installed the 390 but no harm in trying again. Will report back after.

i edited my post to include this "Also the display may not be enabled to fix that hit windows key + P it should allow you to enable both displays at once."

When only my HDMI TV is plugged it it will display it but when I plug my DVI monitor it only displays on the monitor. Only one of the two is displayed in the Radeon Settings' Display tab at any given time. I am not looking to Eyefinity the displays but to be able to play a movie on the TV while browsing on the monitor which is just drag ang drop (I was able to do this with my old GPU which was the ancient GeForce 210)! Any fixes to this? I already tried to DDU and reinstall the drivers. My specs are below. Please help me, thanks.

are the nvidia drivers still installed? that could be causing you issues. 

Also the display may not be enabled to fix that hit windows key + P it should allow you to enable both displays at once.

Are you plugging both into the gpu?

Yes, when only the HDMI TV is plugged in, it will display but only the monitor is recognized by Radeon Settings and will display when both are plugged.

Oh my God... Thank you, I thought everything in Radeon Settings overrides what Windows has...

It does only if you tell windows to turn on that display, lol well happy to help you fix your problem
