Im planning on getting a corsair H60 to use to OC my FX-8350 CPU, is this a good idea?

probably better than aircooling, but not sure tho, wait for more opinions

A quality air cooler would be a better pick, to be honest I think most liquid coolers under 240mm are a waste. Get a CRYORIG H7, be quiet! Dark Rock 3, Noctua NH-U14S, Noctua NH-U12S, etc.

I would get something like a Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 at that price point.

It's not better than the air cooling you can get for the price of the H60.

a buddy of mine bought an H60 a year or two ago and runs an i5 4670k OCed to 4.2ghz with it. so far Its worked very well for him. I use an H75 and its done a great job, I think these coolers are better than most would have you believe, probably because they are not that cool and only 120mm rads.
