Is the GTX 950 worth getting?

Hi, I am going to get in to pc gaming, the main games I play are Minecraft, and gta5, black ops3, and maybe even fallout.

 

Would the gtx 950 be worth it? If not, I would like to see some suggestions, maybe a 200$ limit?

$200 limit you are definitely better off with a R9 380

I regretted buying a GTX 650 less than a year after it came out

Is it only 2gb of gddr5 ram? Or is it 4gb?
