Encoding: High bitrate - Match Source vs Youtube HD 1080

So, I have started a YouTube channel, and while rendering today, i found that the high bitrate had a much lower file size than the YouTube setting

 

How does this affect the quality and whats the best quality + smallest file size for uploading. (i have slow upload but want good looking videos)

YouTube is odd. If you wanna push good quality at 1080p, you should be doing ~7000kbps and 256kbps audio

ok , is there any good Adobe CC: Premier Pro presets for that?

Use OBS to record and the set the bit rate to 7000 kb/s and the audio to 256 bit. It'll detect the settings.

In Adobe Media Encoder, compare the settings of both presets.  The High bit rate - match source preset has a lower VBR value than Youtube 1080p.  That's the reason for the file size difference.
