Nice build!  I would say 8/10 mostly because 4 physical cores will definitely help in games and everyday use.  Also, I feel like you cheaped out on the case a little to much.

Totally forgot about the 290! I'm gonna change my guide right now. Could somebody post some benchmark comparisons between the 380X and the 290?

Also... Don't threads function as fully-functional individual CPU cores? I'm sure someone has more information about this.

While you can trick applications into thinking you have more cores and increase performance with applications that utilize multiple cores, pseudo-cores just don't have the same performance as physical cores.
