Mini ITX Fan Choice

So I am going to start buying parts for my build starting this week but a worry I've always had is will the CPU fan affect the RAM?

Whilst I'm not overclocking I would love to have a quiet machine

The CPU cooler in question is the Cooler Master TX3 Evo which has just about clearance to fit in the Thermaltake Core V1

The RAM I plan on using is the G.Skill Ripjaws V series

I know that there is not enough clearance in terms of the height (36.44mm height of cooler and 40mm height of RAM)

But will the CPU cooler overhang on to the RAM slot of this mobo http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H170M-ITXac/

This RAM looks great so ideally I would like to have in my system, would there be a compatible CPU cooler or would I have to get for examples the Ares or HyperX?

Using a Hyper TX3 Evo in my server, I think it'll be fine.
