First off, I have read all the common errors and testing each solution, sadly none helped. The problem is that the motherboard seems not to want to start the computer, all cables plugged in, CPU in properly with no bent pins. The green LED shines on the MoBo but when I turn it on using either the power button or shorting it directly on the MoBo the system does absolutely nothing, yet the green LED stays on, no fans blowing, nothing.

OS: Windows 10 x64 (though I cannot currently get into it)

Specs:

Intel i3-4130

8gb 1600Mhz G-Skill Ripjaws (running at 1333Mhz because MoBo does not support faster)

ASUS H81M-PLUS (two ddr3 slots, one pcie, three pci slots.)

FSP AURUM 650W PSU, gold rated.

1TB WD blue hard drive

Sorry but  cannot tell you the version of the BIOS as the PC will not start, though I have not flashed/updated BIOS ever and bought it about 1.5-2 years ago.

I know that is it not the power supply at fault because I have tested two working power supplies, the FSP and another OEM coolermaster PSU. Also is not the HDD as I have tried disconnecting it completely and system still won't boot. Also not te RAM or ddr3 slots as I have tryed two different sticks from two different manufacturers and also tried each in each of the two slots. I have also taken the MoBo out and placed it on a cardboard box to see if it will boot, no luck.

I do also have a gigabyte R9 380, but for the purpose of singling out the faulty component I took it out, still no boot.

happen to have a voltmeter/multimeter around?

Sadly no :/ But it's quite unlikely that both PSU's are not providing enough juice to the motherboard, isn't it? I'm getting quite stressed about this. I just received my 380, new RAM stick and new PSU yesterday so I am out of money to buy new parts for now. :(

UPDATE: IT BOOTED!!!

Only problem I think I may have now is the random crashes... sigh. Thanks for the help anyway @manikyath

well, if by crashes you mean bluescreens, write down (or remember in the bwainz) the reason of the bluescreen (its usually on the screen somewhere, and usually is the only bit thats really readable)

aside from that, give it the generic treatment for derpy computers:

cmd as administrator:

sfc /scannow

I'll try the sfc /scannow now, it working :). Nah, I used to have a bent pin in the cpu socket that would cause it to just turn off instantly and then restart, think it's fixed. Thanks.

OK, now the PC is useless, it will occaisionally make it to windows but will shut off soon after, usually dies within 2 seconds and restarts. I'm assuming it is a motherboard issue? My warranty is still valid.
