It's not officially from amd but from powercolor instead. Like how Asus made the mars/ares cards.

yes, Powercolor made one. its an air cooled card. however it is 2x R9 390.... whilst the 295x2 is 2x slightly OCd 290Xs

AMD doesn't compete with Nvidia in the enthusiast High End (Titan X)

Otherwise AMD has something for everything below the Titan X.

AMD GPUs are a better value than Nvidia GPUs.

it is xfire 390 in a 3 slot non reference pcb with a beefy cooler. Nothing more,just  2x390 gpu in one

Yeah...its fine at idle but it does get loud. My GTX 650ti OC 2GB (rev 2.0) on the other hand has its fans at idle all the time (even under full load), and its idle temps are always ambient.
