Do you prefer watercooling or aircooling?. The space doesn't really matter, i'm just interested because i wanna buy 800D or one from fractal design, but someone says 800D airflow SUCKS, but great watercooling. Same with fractal design, but they got bad watercooling but good airflow!

-Thanks!

Do you mean watercooling as in custom loops or AIO's.

Personally I think air cooling can look just as good as a custom loop if you have the right parts.

Personally i love watercooling but you gotta have some disposable income for it ;) ive been on air for all my personal builds but ive done some pretty sweet watercooled builds for friends and family and friends of friends and ill be heading down that road as soon as my cash flow is sufficient and i have the hardware upgrades i want

I don't understand the question. I personally prefer watercooling becuase I find it to have better aesthetics than aircooling. If you are asking for a case the 800D is great for watercooling, but so are alot of Fractal Design cases.

I think Air cooling is great, it can still look good and clean and it's pretty cheap usually. Also, very effective, and high clock speeds can still be reached.

I love watercooling as far as the looks go and im sticking with that however the cooling gained does not realy justify the price difrences imo xD

Water cooling AiO will give no better performance then a good air cooler.

Custom water loops can give you better performance, temps, but more then that, they can be much quieter. The trick is, it's not cheap. A solid, well done CPU and GPU loop can start at $500 and up. Most people who water cool do if for the fun of it, because we have the "bug".

Otherwise, just stick with air. Again, with the right parts and fans, you can do some pretty sweet builds.

Custom loops are a thing of beauty but air is perfectly acceptable for 99% of end users, I don't really rate AIO solutions mainly due to the fact you are dropping such a large amount of money for something with average stock fans.

It really depends if you wouldn't mind blowing near on a grand for aesthetics and a minor cooling increase (noise reduction comes into it but honestly unless you run only ssd's with a silent psu you will hear those before you hear a high end air cooler).

Watercooling is cool but isn't value oriented at all.

Air cooling is more practical in that regard.

Both do the job just fine. Depending on the scenario, I prefer one over another.
