Crucial 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 CL9 1600Mhz Ballistix Sport

Sapphire Radeon R9 380x 4GB dual-x OC

Case

NZXT S340 black/red

Storage

Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm 32MB

Is 500 watt enough? Or should I get 650?

a 380x uses like 300W at MAX. So you should be fine

more than enough - that system only needs about 300W to work fine

380X uses 200W max - 390 uses 300W max

You're fine, I've seen overclocked systems with high-end GPUs run on that amount of power.

You should still be ok. If you're really paranoid about it you could go with 550W, but I don't see how 500 wouldn't work.
