Banner beneath my posts

How do you get a banner beneath my posts, I'm sure its easy to do but I can't find where to change it.

It's called a signature, restrictions for it found in this link:

by the way, you should click "mark as solved" on a post if that post solved your problem, so when others visit this thread it will be at the top of the page
