Budget CPU Air Cooler?

Hi, I am looking at the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO (£25) and the be quiet! Pure Rock CPU Cooler (£26), could you recommended one over the other or suggest a different one? Thanks in advance! :)

The Pure Rock performs similarly but is quieter.
