Okay so I have been looking for builds so long now and i've been told this is the best I've found so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pNpCP6 I think the motherboard doesn't support SATA3/SATA III, all I want to run is  run these on high at 70-80+ steady fps? : CS:GO, League of Legends, Gmod, and games alike to that and run these at low to medium 45-60steady fps : Arma 3, DayZ, H1Z1, GTA 5 and games like that (Was copy and pasted from a post I made on youtube on the video) sorry if the font looks different but yeah I also want to know does this motherboard support dual channel memory and actually fit this processor?

Edit: this is meant for 1 Monitor, I have a 64bit copy of Windows 10, I have a 1080p monitor that is 60Hz so I think it's fine, I might still need a keyboard and stuff but I have an extra $30 over $500 so, will be used for gaming if not obvious enough already :P

Edit 2: I using USD Currency

You are NOT going to run GTA V at 45-60FPS on that, but it is still very good.

How much does the R9 270x cost?

PS, that Mobo has Sata 3Gb/s (Sata 2) and not Sata 6Gb/s (Sata 3)

Oh dang :/ and I've heard it's like 200 something idk it wont show up and I can't find it on NewEgg but I can look again in a few

EDIT 2 : i can't think of anything with a Athlon X4, i'm no expert at that. so i'm not gonna change anything to my build :D

yes, it will run every game no problems at high, even at ultra older title. Arma is cpu heavy, but it should run just fine on high settings

oh hey one more question can this also run Rust on medium at about 60fps? or maybe 30-45 fps?

If my crappy, all in one, E1 apu, computer can run rust at a somewhat decent frame rate that's more than playable for me, you should be fine with med. on rust at 60 frames. (Mileage may vary)
