Which iPad should I ask for?

I have an iPhone 6S Plus if that matters but I really want an iPad for Christmas. I've already had many Android tablets and I don't like them so I want an iPad, so which do you think I should get? Not the iPad Pro because my mom thinks it's too expensive. Anything else is fine.
