That depends...where and how it appears.  It could be some outdated browser warning you about a possibly unsafe site ahead, or it could be an attempt at malware.

Umm it's because of skype as I understood but it showed up only today. Doubt that skype could be outdated, but thanks for the answer.

It's a browser security alert.  Which website were you trying to visit?  One possible reason it can happen is that the site hasn't updated their security certificate.

I didn't visit any website which I hasn't been using before, before this one happened. So yeah I don't know.

A browser like Firefox, before loading a page it runs a check of the security certificate in the background.  If something doesn't match it will pop up a warning message.  I've seen it a few times.

I'm using Chrome and this is the first time I have ever seen this kinda thing so it's kind of weird. But maybe it's nothing.

I believe Chrome will also run security checks.  They do it for your benefit, so I wouldn't worry about it.  I even caused it once myself when I accidentally set the clock on my computer to the wrong year.  So check to make sure the clock on your computer is correct.

I also see that it can be caused by some programs on your computer.  So check to make sure you have everything up to date, browser plugins, etc. Can you click on "View Certificate" and post an image of which certificate is causing the error?

Skype uses IE ActiveX to embed it into itself for the "Skype Home" page. That is the page that you see on the right side of the Skype without a conversation if you have Skype in its big/default mode, OR you did View -> Skype Home, to show it if you are using compact view mode.

IE tells you that the certificate is invalid, meaning that the site, or the link between Microsoft Skype servers (related to the Skype Home page/service), to the program itself) has been potentially compromised. It can be a simple error on Microsoft side where the server date is wrong, or someone is doing is man-in-the-middle attack style attack on you to collect your password and other information (which will happen, if you allow it). This can be done outside of your home network, on your router that has been compromised, or on your system (malware/virus).

I pressed "No" so at the moment I can't get that error. ^^ So I can't take a pic of it.

How can I "NOT" allow it. I don't even know how to do that.

See if you can re-visit the website or restart Skype or whatever you opened that brought up this issue.  Restart the computer if you have to.

By the way, it's going to be a 1 in a 10,000 or more chance that anyone is actually trying to do something malicious to you.  It's 99.99% likely that the issue has to do with a failure of a certificate check.

Right.... Who in the world would want to do something to a random. ^^ And I can't re-visit site because I don't know which one caused that. At that time I was in google, youtube, csgolounge, gmail so IDK. I pressed "NO", started to watch a movie, minimized the movie and then that error appeared again, then I pressed "NO" again and now it doesn't show up. Idk, Idk.

OK but if you ever get that message again, click on view certificate and post a screenshot.

I've seen this warning on legit sites too. Don't know why it comes but I suspect lazy administratoring. Most of the times its nothing to worry about if you are aware that site is legit.
