A good 1080p monitor to buy for 200$?

Are there any good reputable brands with a 23-27 inch 1080p monitor?if not I would be OK with a 21 inch monitor but I would prefer not to go any lower.the reason why I ask is because I have no experience buying a monitor. I usually game off hdmi but I could do display port.
