Depends what you're doing. It's not needed, but can be nice to have for certain situations.

few decent ones ive used are vypr, astrill, and tunnelbear all 3 of them have a free trial so you can test them out and see which one you like before committing

I use privateinternetaccess since they don't take logs and are pretty cheap compared to other vpns

I'm currently using Astrill. Where I'm at, they have the best speeds of the VPNs I've tried.
