Questions with an upgrade

alright so ive heard that your windows key for windows 10 is tied to your motherboard i am in the process of buying a new processor and motherboard moving from z77 to x99. i used the free upgrade from 7 to 10 for my system. i do know how to view my product key, so my question is can i just reactivate using the same product key ( might have to call microsoft and have the key cleaned from my current system) or should i look at purchasing a new key and using that to revalidate windows

Thought we were talking about the windows key on the keyboard for a moment.

System tab in control panel will show you your product key, just throw that in when you reinstall windows.

You can reactivate it. Microsoft have an automated phone service that you're prompted to call which will transfer your key.

Yes the new feature of Windows 10, you have to use only one keyboard cause the keys are bound to the mobo. So dont use WASD on one keyboard and try to use them on another. GOOD GOD! LOL

I don't see how Cherry MX switch choice can correspond with your build color. ;-;

Unless your K95 RGB is set up to be a blue color, and you mistook my statement.

Lol. I have my default profile setup to be green, and send out a white wave with each keypress.
