yes , you should upgrade your cpu . even a pentium g3258 would hold a 970 back .

Also get a 390.

Yes. Dual cores are pretty shite anyway and you'll be hella bottlenecked

Final i3 or any i5 would work.

 

And a 390 better for the price / performance. :)

yes upgrade a celeron will bottle neck a 970 i say a i5 is fine

yea you would want to get a quad core cpu.

ok so i have a gtx 9500 paired with a dual core celeron, but i was wondering if i got a 970 would i also need to upgrade my cpu or would it do alright enough for gaming at 1080

yes you would need at least an i5 quad core
