Should I do 8Gb of 2133 MHZ G Skill Ares RAM in dual channel OR 10Gb of 1666 MHZ RAM with 2x G Skill Ares (8 GB) and 1x Cheap stock dell RAM I have laying around(2 GB)

I dont think adding extra RAM hurts

Although, it lowers the frequency to the lowest RAM stick, but i think you will hardly notice it

I'd get the single stick as dual channel is only marginally better, also do you mean 1866 because 1666 is not a ram speed I know of. As for the dell ram idk if it would help much as I don't know it's clock or voltages (aka they might not be compatible)

Maybe he means 1333 Mhz

Or 1600 MHz
