Ill keep it simple does not having a dust filter up top really make a difference when mounting the AIO radiator there?

 

Other than dust or debris easily getting in when the system is off it makes no real difference if your exhausting out the top.

I personally use my top fans as intake so for me it does. I purchased a dust filter for mine but if you're planning on using the top as exhaust then it doesn't matter at all. I HIGHLY recommend having a dust filter over all of your intake fans, which ever way you decide to set yours up.
