Hello Everyone, just wanna ask what is the reason behind opening Multiple Tabs in my browser like 50 tabs on it, then it's just don't seem to be working well. I feel like there's something wrong with it. probably like non-responsiveness and lagging. I Just wanna know what made this kind of problem. need a little help here. I don't know is it the hardware or kinda internet speed, maybe? I'm not sure, I need your thoughts guys.

You mean it gets slow when you open 50 tabs? thats normal every tab uses RAM, and the more tabs open, the more RAM you use until its full then it will just get slower and slower

Your CPU and RAM, and your HDD at launch cos the browser needs to read your Cache and reload all those tabs.

a month ago i had like 80 tabs open(deviantart youtube etc) and firefox only used 4gb of my ram :D

the usage depends on the loaded sites too, 16gb ram should be able to open more than 50tabs

True it should, but it depends what is open, is it 50 forums tabs, or like 50 tabs of 4k video

And that's only some of the chrome.exe applications.

Chrome eats up RAM. If you have 50 tabs open at a average of 80,000K(80MB's) that's 4GB's!

That's with the assumption that everything is 80MB's

There are some pages that eat up 150+ MB's of ram.

I'm using 764MB;s with only 10 tabs open.

Chrome is also more of a memory hog than the others btw, so see if you have the same problem when switching browsers.

Oh and check if any of the tabs you have open are heavy html5 pages. My browser struggles for a while when I first open the robertspaceindustries.com page

I got two suggestion for fix. One is to try with another browser. Chrome is one known to be memory hog, Firefox has issues in flash content in general. Another is to set tabs to load only when you activate them.
