Computer Issues.

G'day guys,

 

Im having some serious issues with my computer and not sure where to start. Last week I finally upgraded to Windows 10 after giving it some time for any bugs to be worked out. how ever i started having issues straight away Ram (16GB) suddenly hitting 100% for no reason and then causing the system to become unresponsive. It proabably had nothing to do with windows 10 but i decided to just do a completely clean install and reformatted all the drive so i could just start from scratch and just brought a new copy of windows 10 instead of upgrading and having an old windows folder taking up space for no reason.

 

the issue now is things still are not responsive, so im guessing something has died and needs to be replaced but not sure were to start. the screen has a constant flicker to it which is only slight and but trying to play games their are major issues as can be seen in the pic below.

 

any ideas ?

Is this a new issue their working on or have they been trying to fix it for ages?  

It is only a windows 10 issue and it was there from the beginning. It was so bad for me I downgraded and from what I have heard they are doing nothing about it
