The first one is much more feature-rich , with the ability to control temperature and such , but the least expensive one should get the job done .

Weller is a very good brand, the one I have belong to my dad, is 30 years old and still works perfectly.

get the weller. The ability to control temperature is extremely useful. Weller makes some of the best soldering equipment imo.

I picked up a Goot CS-21 soldering iron from a tool store in Akihabara about a year ago. Ceramic heating element. This thing heats up to solder-melting temps in about 10 seconds, it is crazy fast.

 

I've owned a couple of Wellers and frankly they sucked in comparison. Good brand, but compared to this...
