Google Groups Question (membership expiry)

Here's the situation:

 

I  just took over management of membership for a large club at my university. Currently we're using google groups to run a list-serv to message members of events we have.

We have another executive setting up a more robust membership management system for us to use in the next couple years (outside of google groups), but in the meantime I need help:

 

Is there a way to have a member of a google group's membership expire after a year of them being added to the group? That is to say is there a way of having an email address automatically removed from the list-serv exactly one year after their being added?
