never happens to me

this might be an issue with your OS or ram since chrome caches web pages in your ram

try running memtest or something

I'm on Chrome and it happens to me too, fairly frequently actually. Quite annoying. I found that that page within the reply box is fully functioning, buttons work correctly, you can "browse while you browse" if you will :P
