Monitor under $250 AU - GW2470H or VZ2350HM?

Hey! I have recently been upgrading my PC setup, but I have stepped into a hurdle with picking my new monitor. I need it to be under $250 AU, or a bit more if the performance gains are massive, and it will be used for playing games like CS:GO and Battlefield, though I do not want to get good response times in lieu of a quality screen.

 

I have been researching for a few days, and I found these two models by BenQ, the GW2470H and the VZ2350HM. I do like the VZ but I'm not sure if the gain of an IPS panel is worth $30 more and a lower contrast ratio. If you guys could help me decide between the two, or suggest another monitor I would really appreciate it!
