This is for his birthday since it's gonna be his birthday soon.

Needs 1GB RAM.

 

Snapdragon 4xx series.

 

Needs at least 8Gb with Micro SD slot Card or 32GB without micro SD card slot

 

Good or OK camera.

Its my current phone, its a phablet and can be found under 200$

 

It feels good and not cheap but you should get a micro sd  for more storage and download a launcher to fix the laggy default, but its all fast and should take 2 minutes to get a new launcher.
