Hi everyone,

Below is my build, i'm gonna get a new graphics card for christmas and i'm wondering what is the best card i can run without changing anything else. No particular preference on team red/green, thinking around 250£ mark. But if can do it i would love to go 980/980 ti, if my build can handle it.

Asus H81M-A

16gb Hyperx Kingston ram

Samsung 120GB 850, 3TB WD Green

Get a 650-850w EVGA GS or G2 or any SeaSonic or XFX.

Then get a R9 390x unless you can afford a GTX 980Ti

Would it run a 970? (Or anything higher?)

It would, my question would be why? You'll get an edge in Gameworks games but everywhere else the 390 will kill a 970. And that advantage in gameworks games can be erased by upping to some fast ram that helps with all games. Or simply finding the resource heavy Gameworks feature and lowering it or disabling it.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

I'm not an XFX fan, but it should work.

If anyone asks you never saw me.
