You have the money to get one monitor,

a 144Hz monitor or 1440p monitor

 

What would you get?

Great experience especially if you like FPS games.

I would take the 1440hz monitor any day, that thing has to be the best there is... :P seriously though the 144hz would be better if you game and some of them could be Gsync and Freesync but if you don't game but use the PC alot then the 1440p IPS would be better.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
