its not more power. the driver devs are going through the games saying "well this is broken" and then fixing it. its optimizing more then anything.

basically its like taking an essay and shortening it by removing unnecessary words, sentences, paragraphs, changing stuff to flow more smoothly, or adding things that improve the essay
