So i need a new graphics card in order to hook up a 2 monitors and a SmartTV (HDMI). One of the monitors has VGA and DVI inputs and the other one only VGA. Wich card should i get? I don't have a max. price so any card will do. Keep in mind it's not intended for gaming. My current graphics card is a radeon HD 6450.

So if you have no max price, why not future proof yourself? I mean honestly you can get a sick GTX 970 for just above $300 with 4GB and it will have all kinds of ports for you. Also ADAPTERS are your friend. You can get about anything and adapt it to anything. DVI to VGA would be a good start.

What do you plan on doin that the HD 6450 isnt enough for you?

Intel Core i7-6700k | 2 X Gigabyte 4GB GTX 970 Overclocked Edition | 16GB (4X4GB) DDR4 2133MHz Corsair Dominator Platinum | MasterCase Pro 5

ASUS Z170 Deluxe Motherboard | 256GB Samsung 840 Pro + Seagate 2TB Storage | Corsair Hydro H80i GT | Windows 10 Pro 64bit | Corsair HX850i

390, a lot more VRAM and is cheaper most of the time if @OP doesn't mind for slightly higher power consumption and heat.
