Amp for 250Ω headphones?

Cacao

I just got myself a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 880s and I was hoping to be able to use them without an amp, however it seems like max volume just barely gets me a comfortable listening experience. I see this Fiio E10K recommended a lot, however it's 86 euros (92$) here. Is there any option that is decent under say 50 euros? I'll spend the money if I need to, but I would prefer to keep it cheap if possible.

Thanks

Sorry, I can't help with this. Just here to say hi, as it's been some time since we've last spoken to each other. :)

Not really. You could try the SMSL SD793-II, SMSL sap-II, or the Schiit Fulla.

I'd stay away from sound cards, if at all possible.

I need something external which I can use with my laptop anyway.

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)
