YES! The illegitimate part is what's against the COC. There's nothing in the COC pertaining to giving away a few spare, legitimate keys though.

First of all it is against the forum's Code of Conduct, secondly being caught or not caught when stealing doesn't make giving people illegitimate keys any better (especially without telling them first!).

Locked. Distributing cracked keys in any form is against the Code of Conduct, along with pointing someone to where they can get the keys.
