easily, the GPU is the bigger concern (though 650W is enough for any single GPU card).

Can a Corsair RM650 Support an Intel I5 4690k ??

It can, but if you're thinking of getting this power supply, there are better options for the money. It's a good PSU, but something like an EVGA 650 G2 would be better. With Corsair PSUs, the premium is usually to do with the name.

If you already have it, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. The only time I'd be worried about that PSU is if you're thinking of doing an SLI/Xfire setup or you want to get a dual-GPU card, I would then step up to a 750/850W unit, depending on the cards and your usage.

OP, based on those hardware you mentioned, yes, RM650 will support that. But if the RMx variant is available, then I would go for that instead, I personally think it's a better value in the same category.

Well that depends on the region and the reseller promotion. If we look at Amazon UK for example, both the RM and RMx 650 variant are cheaper than the G2. Now between both RMs, RMx is cheaper than the RM, hence the RMx being a legit option because of its value/performance.
