although I agree, I think he should remove the network card first as those things consistently cause trouble.

I just put my ethernet cable into my motherboard and everything seems good so far.

cool, keep us updated, if there still appears to be a problem, remove the PCI network card completely and test again.

Set bios back to factory defult

Bios update

Uninstall razer comms (it's known t cause bsods)

Update keyboard and mouse firmware

Stop using USB 3 ports

Increase memory latentcy and or increase its voltage by 0.05v

Stress test your cpu for a full 24 hours.

All the things I can think of really. If anything gets rid of your bsod at one of those steps then It's probably your problem :P

I read someone be built a pc for someone and it kept freezing. Turns out it was the wireless card the whole time. Because he only tested the killer nic not the wireless card.

Random fps drops could also be caused by too little virtual memory (my problem with last build). Virtual memory should be at least same amount as you ram.

Temps are surprisingly low. My 4770K is around 60C load with good air sooler. I vote for intel burn test.

Or maybe his CPU or GPU is throttling for some reason.

Regarding the virtual memory thing- doesn't Windows 7 handle that automatically; increasing the page file size as needed?

This^

Sounds like GPU throttling, run Precision X and this will record GPU clocks.

Have you posted a full spec list?

Everything, Exact models will help a lot

Have you tried a different version for your drivers, you may wish to try a previous release or a beta driver.

Wait for another blue screen and note the error messages, might help determine the cause of the problem.

A new pc, did you perform a fresh windows install?

I know these are very basic and you most likely tried them already, but just throwing my 2c in.
