The Dilemma

I am building a pc that will be used primarily for gaming, however it will also be used for light video and audio editing. So, which cpu do I use? I have been recommended the Xeon E3 1231 V3, the i7 4790k, and the i5 4690k. Any game from the Witcher 3, to Crysis 3, Fallout 4, and Mine craft will be running on this. Furthermore, keep in mind the video and audio editing. So, any recommendations between these 3, and why? Or should I go with something else?

the 4690k will work perfectly fine for video and audio editing

 

the 1231v3 will be better than the i5 in video editing but slightly worse in gaming (depends on the game really, games that can use 5+ cores perform better)

it also costs the same as the i5

 

the 4790k is better at both video editing and gaming than the other two CPUs, which is why it costs $100 more than either one
