It is probably enough.

I'm able to get around 80FPS 1080p 120FOV completely maxed out on a 4690k @ 4.2ghz and GTX780 where my CPU usage is around 50%~. So you shouldn't have any issues (once the random bugs are fully worked out....some people are still having memory/CPU usage issues for some reason, whereas others never had it and for others the recent update fixed them all).

Once the problems a lot of people are having are more or less fixed, yes.

Wait 2 weeks or so, unless you really wanted it.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Nah man. Uninstall then install Counter Strike: Global Offensive, you'll be able to double your frame rates on high settings.

If only the two games served the same purpose (or even the same genre).

Edit: I don't want to ever post again.

IDK why people compare them, they're not even the same subgenre.

I know how you feel

Correct me if I'm wrong. CS:GO is a team based strategic multi-player while COD (in general) is just point and shoot.

Something like that.

There are times when I really don't want to deal with the bullshit that is CSGO -- i.e. you want to use the AK? Alright, aim very carefully, and take one shot....then take another....then another; and other times I don't want to deal with the bullshit that is the majority of your deaths in CoD.

At least to me, CSGO and CoD are as far apart as CSGO and Dota is: when I want to play CSGO I don't want to play CoD, and when I want to play CoD i dont want to play CSGO.

Yeah, very true. This literally happened yesterday; my 7-day ban on CS:GO had just passed so I went to play a competitive match, my team were derankers that Q-ed together (4), since I wasn't deranking with them - they kicked me. Another 7-day ban.

That must suck... Lol so 14 days for no reason? lol that's why i don't play CS GO that often

It's just plain BS and there's nothing you can do about it. If only they had dedicated servers for those who want to drank, that way they can leave everyone else alone. Yeah 14 days for no reason...

But than the shit ranking system Dota employs.....have a shit team? Well, have fun playing with worse and worse teams. Not only can you actually rank up on a loss in CSGO, but it's also possible to win even if your team is trash (it's not necessarily easy, but it's certianly doable). In Dota, if you're team is trash and feeds, then you're basically screwed. So, I've been in a downward spiral from 3k to 2.5k as I keep getting carries who can't carry (and/or feed) or supports who just feed to hell and back. The worst part of it is, the lower you get the worse and worse the players get (and not just in the obvious ways...). At 3k you can usually manage to carry a team, at 2.5k, good luck, they feed so hard you're basically screwed.

This build should be alright to run B03 on high settings right? (60+ fps)

Back to the question at hand. The parts you've selected seem to be sufficient enough to run the game. As for achieving more than 60 FPS, I think you should be good (on 1080p that is.) But as mentioned, the game is quite buggy as of now. I would wait. Here's a video of the card in action:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zn3Gjb5XavY

His card only has 4GB VRAM whereas you will have 8GB. So in terms of memory, you should have more than enough. And it also looks like the FPS is, for the most part, staying above 60 FPS. By the way, I noticed that you didn't include a SSD onto your list. I think you should, just for loading up Windows. Pretty much a standard nowadays.

CoD threads being hijacked by CS:GO fans kind of reminds of me of how 970 threads get hijacked by 390 fans... just saying

Game runs at 144 fps for me (and I have it locked to that) with maxed settings aside from the texture which is still glitched if you put it on extra. Only using around 40% on each graphics card (970 sli) and CPU is holding at 100% though not really working hard (4790k OC'd to 4.8ghz).

With the shitty cpu opimization they have dont even bother playing this with a I5. My second rig that runs a 4690K is seeing cpu usage dips into the 3% range and this game has ram leaks that make it use more then 8gb of ram.

CPU: 6700K Case: Corsair Air 740 CPU Cooler: H110i GTX Storage: 2x250gb SSD 960gb SSD PSU: Corsair 1200watt GPU: EVGA 1080ti FTW3 RAM: 16gb DDR4

Other Stuffs: Red sleeved cables, White LED lighting 2 noctua fans on cpu cooler and Be Quiet PWM fans on case.
