Ok, I've never actually asked a question on any forum until now, so ill give this a shot (im desperate). One day I came home from an exhausting day of college classes, sat down and pressed the power button on my PC, but it turned on for about 1 second and then quickly shutoff. It was working literally 8 hours before. I have no where else to turn but here, so I hope everyone can bare with me. Thanks!

My current PC specs are listed below, but first, let me describe how I have tried to fix the issue on my own.

Something like this sounded like a PSU issue and since I did not have an extra one lying around, I had it replaced with a warranty (RMA). When I got the new PSU and attempted to start the computer, it did the exact same thing (Turns on for a split second "all fans running", then turns off "cant access bios"). I called ASUS and they walked me through the steps of checking my RAM (Swapping between each stick and trying different slots), but the issue still remained. Just recently they sent me a new Motherboard (RMA) and I installed it to only find out the SAME issue is happening.

I have tried to remove my GPU (I am pretty sure an 850Watt PSU can handle it) and Still, the same issue. I am not sure what or where to go now, as iv'e pretty much tried everything and i am tired of having to spend money shipping parts back to ASUS / Corsair.

I appreciate any feedback, and let me know if you need more information. Thank you very much in advanced!

Start off with removing all non-essential hardware. This includes the GPU, the SSDs, the HDD and whatever misc components you have, along with one of the ram sticks and the fans (except the CPU fan, obviously)

You'll have to switch graphics over onto the iGPU from the 4770k.

Reset your bios (easiest way is to just remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard and wait about 10-15 seconds for the caps to discharge)

Pop the battery back in.

Make sure all power connectors are properly plugged in.

If that gets your PC to start up and manage to get into the BIOS, start adding components one by one. This should allow you to see if anything is broken.

If it still won't power up, you're looking at either a faulty motherboard, CPU or PSU

Already did, but the same issue occurs. It's been working for a while with this same configuration and I have not changed anything.

Asus Bios get detected or not ?

No, i dont even get the slightest blink on my monitor. It shuts off so quickly I cant even get into the BIOS.

can you run the mobo outside the case?

What do you mean? As in just taking it out making sure it is not touching anything in the back of the case?

yes test on the mobo box itself

UPDATE:

Ok, so I removed the GPU, all HDD/SSD Sata connections and used only one stick of RAM, Yet I am still getting this issue. The only thing left would be the CPU or maybe BOTH of my RAM modules are bad? I am not sure as I dont have another computer to test them on.

In this case , every component could be the problem , is hard to find where is the problem

Correct, but I have already replaced the Motherboard and the PSU. The only things left would be the CPU or the RAM, but I have no idea which one to test. Im spending more money shipping old parts back, instead I could just buy new ones.

UPDATE:

Ok, so I just got some new RAM and the Issue is STILL happening. Could this be the CPU? And why would it act like this?

ask for a new CPU or go back to the store for them to test if the CPU is truly dead

Did you try reseating the CPU? I noticed it was an Intel. None of the pins are bent? As that could be a problem as well.
