What would be my best bet for a NEW card i'm not looking for used ones

-Must be able to 1080p Medium to Low 40+ FPS AAA titles

-Be good for about 1 year or so

-I'll mostly play minecraft and stream so most money is going to CPU (4460)

MIR is not included in price

R9 270(X), R9 370, or a second hand R9 280(X) (or their 7000 series counterparts: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/222806-what-rx-200-series-card-is-what-7000-series-card/)

A new 750 Ti is not in price range, but otherwise a second hand one.

With used it's hard to find a good seller as you can get screwed over, and sorry I don't know where to look I just threw it out as a suggestion.

I always try to find used first. ALWAYS. Pretty much every component in my system is used. The pcpartpicker build for my system comes out to over $4000 but I've spent under $1500.

For GPU, make sure that the seller has it in his system and is willing to show you the card working. The last GPU that I bought, the seller started up MSI Kombustor about two hours before the time I had arranged to meet him and had the stress test going. The stress tests have a counter showing how long they've been running and a graph for the temp. An easy way to prove the stability of the card and that it'll maintain decent temps.

If the seller isn't willing to do that, steer clear. Try looking on Kijiji or Craigslist or whatever internet classifieds you have in whatever country you're from.

I'm going to assume that you are from the US. $140 US equals about $180 CAD. On Kijiji right now, in the GTA guys are asking about $180 for gtx760s and gtx680s but the market seems a little full right now, so guys will take lower offers. Wait until just after black friday/boxing day and the sudden flood of cards from people that got upgrades will push the price down even further.

I got my MSI Twin Frozr 760 for $120, just for reference on what you can haggle.
