You mean Waterblock ?, theres no 390 MSI block (i've look it hundred times), just get Universal Block

yes they make after market solutions but im not sure theres one for the 390 yet. i dont know that much about amd cards but i think the 390 pcb even though its a refresh is is different from 290 if its not a nzxt kraken might work again not sure
