Best budget Keyboard

I'm looked for a pretty good equality keyboard for about $30 or less. I would like features like anti ghost and Windows lock keys. I do NOT need a mouse I'm getting the Sharkk gaming mouse.

for Branded Keyboard (like Corsair, CM, Logitech) iam afraid there's none out there, i think the cheapest one is K65 which is 100$ range

Dont think there is "gaming keyboard" for that price... even 10key roll over is hard to find.

Its a great keyboard for budget, and I got mine for about 800 yen (6.6 usd, 8.6 cad).  Unfortunately, it doesn't have anti-ghosting and only registers up to 4 keys at once (more like 2 or 3 most of the time though).  Its a quiet keyboard at first, and comfortable.  If you don't mind the ghosting, (which you probably do) then I would recommend it.
