yeah it'll work fine (probably max out the game at 1080p) but that PSU...

Want a good game to play?  Check out Shadowrun: http://store.steampowered.com/app/300550/ (runs on literally any hardware)

PC looks great, that'll destroy Fallout 4 however I recommend going with a different PSU, I would opt for any of the EVGA G2 series instead.

Do I need 750W :( Trying to save money

no you need to get a solid PSU for that build (like an EVGA G2)  Wattage isn't your main concern, but rather PSU quality.

Similar specs, more storage, and a much better PSU.

This will be more than enough and last longer than your computer.

Don't jip them by suggesting Haswell. Not cool.

Haswell is still a great platform and is typically less expensive than skylake.

Have several 1t drives to use...

Should've mentioned that if you were looking for advise.

And gets it's ass handed to it by Skylake. The price difference is well worth it in the long run.

Maybe when it comes to the IGPU, not much else.
