Is the binging of Isaac DRM Free. If it is I plan to put it on a flash drive for my school computer AFTER i finish all my work and have nothing to do.

Is it possible to download the steam client and download it on home network then run it in offline mode at school since their network would block the connection?

I do already own it.

but OP this is what I do I use a VPN first tunnel bear for chrome to unblock Sites, then download hotspotsheild, then I use hotspotsheild to get steam and then install the game.

But this is if the reason you can't play it at school is Becase they have steam blocked
